LIMITED COPIES, PRE-ORDER & DELIVERY POLICY

Every Issue Is Printed With Intention.

At Red Print Magazine, we believe a magazine should be more than a publication—it should be something worth collecting, keeping, and revisiting.

Because our issues are produced in limited quantities, inventory is carefully planned around anticipated demand and pre-order volume. Unlike mass-market publications that maintain large quantities in continuous stock, Red Print Magazine may print a limited number of copies for each issue.

As a result, not every issue will be continuously available for purchase once the initial print run has been fulfilled.

We strongly encourage customers, collectors, featured talent, and supporters who want a physical copy to pre-order whenever pre-orders are available.

LIMITED COPIES AVAILABILITY

Red Print Magazine may produce a limited number of physical copies for each issue based on factors such as:

  • Pre-order volume
  • Anticipated customer demand
  • Production costs
  • Print-run availability
  • Special or limited-edition releases
  • Featured editorial content
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Distribution requirements

Because quantities may be limited, placing an order or requesting an issue does not necessarily mean that additional copies will remain available after the current print run sells out.

Once an issue reaches its available quantity, Red Print Magazine may not be able to produce additional copies immediately—or at all.

Want to Make Sure You Receive a Copy?

The best way to secure a physical magazine is to pre-order before the issue goes into production, when a pre-order opportunity is offered.

Pre-ordering helps us determine demand and plan production quantities more accurately.

If an issue is listed as unavailable, sold out, or no longer available for immediate purchase, please contact our team to ask whether:

  • Additional copies are expected
  • A future print run is planned
  • A pre-order list is available
  • A waitlist is available
  • Digital alternatives are available
  • Special-order options may be available

PRE-ORDERS & PRODUCTION

A pre-order is an order placed before the physical magazine has completed its production and fulfillment process.

When you place a pre-order, your copy is included in our production planning and may be printed specifically according to the anticipated order volume.

Because pre-orders are connected to the production process, customers should understand that pre-order fulfillment may take longer than purchasing an item that is already physically in stock.

Production and delivery times may vary due to circumstances including:

  • Printing schedules
  • Manufacturer availability
  • Production volume
  • Quality-control reviews
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Holidays
  • Supply-chain disruptions
  • Unexpected production issues
  • Address or delivery issues

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when they become known.

DELIVERY & ORDER FULFILLMENT

Red Print Magazine works to process and fulfill orders as efficiently as possible. However, because physical publications may be produced in limited print runs, certain orders may require additional production time.

Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers should allow sufficient time for production, processing, shipping, and delivery—particularly when purchasing a pre-order or limited-edition issue.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing may also depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned or delayed because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

DELIVERY DELAYS EXCEEDING 8 WEEKS

Red Print Magazine understands that extended delivery delays can be frustrating.

If more than eight (8) weeks have passed from the applicable order/fulfillment date and your order has not been delivered, please contact us so our team can review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and the status of the order, Red Print Magazine may offer one of the following:

OPTION 1 — FULL REFUND

A full refund of the eligible purchase amount may be issued when an order qualifies under this policy and the circumstances warrant a refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.

OPTION 2 — 15% STORE CREDIT

In certain circumstances, customers may be offered 15% store credit toward a future Red Print Magazine purchase instead of a refund.

Store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the specific circumstances surrounding the delayed order.

Store credit is not automatically issued and may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

IMPORTANT: CONTACT US BEFORE ASSUMING YOUR ORDER IS LOST

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us before submitting a duplicate order.

Our team may need to review:

  • Your order information
  • Purchase date
  • Issue ordered
  • Shipping information
  • Fulfillment status
  • Tracking information, if applicable
  • Production status
  • Any known carrier delays

This allows us to determine whether the order is still in production, in transit, delayed, returned, or otherwise requires attention.

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED AN AUTOMATIC REFUND?

An order exceeding eight weeks does not necessarily mean that a refund will be processed without review.

Each situation may be evaluated based on the circumstances surrounding the order.

For example, delays may require additional review when they involve:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed or refused packages
  • Customer-requested delivery changes
  • International shipping complications
  • Carrier-related tracking issues
  • Extraordinary events outside of reasonable control
  • Orders that have already been refunded, replaced, or otherwise resolved

Red Print Magazine reserves the right to review each situation individually and determine the appropriate resolution consistent with this policy.
