THADA BROWN

emagi360

Founder & CEO of Style Shift; Certified Image Consultant and Runway Coach based in Austin, Texas.

My love for fashion began during my teenage years. I vividly remember styling my cousins for their school dances and pictures, which was not only fun but also sparked my passion for fashion.

At the age of 19, I ventured into modeling shortly after moving to Texas from Louisiana. John Casablanca was looking for fresh faces for their agency, and although I never saw myself as "model material," I decided to attend the casting. To my surprise, I was chosen. However, the true inspiration behind my journey was a remarkable woman named Evelyn Cooper. Evelyn was the Minister of Music at the church I joined and also a boutique owner and buyer. She invited me to model in one of her fashion shows, and the experience opened doors I never imagined.

MICIAH OGWIN

emagi360

My model name is Miciah, and I am a fashion model based in Austin Texas. As a child I was deeply drawn to the art of fashion and design. When I was 19 years old, I decided to explore modeling through a fashion club at Texas State University. What inspired me was seeing how confident and empowered the models looked on the runway and in photos. I was interested in the creativity of fashion and the idea of using visual storytelling to express different emotions and styles. As I learned more about modeling with each runway show I realized modeling was not just about posing in front of a camera, but about learning self-confidence and pushing boundaries.

Kaneysha Black

emagi360

My name is Kaneysha Black and I started modeling when I was in Elementary School. I always loved taking pictures, being in front of the camera, and walking in runway shows.

One of my favorite photo/commercial shoots was with The House of eMagi. I loved this shoot because I was able to model stunning pieces that made me feel very beautiful and confident. I was also able to work with so many talented people. From Cleva, the Fashion designer, models, photographer, videographer, and people who were just there supporting; everyone got along so well so it made it easy to be myself. This was my first opportunity to work on a brand commercial and have a traveling shoot so this opportunity will always hold a special place in my heart! Thank you so much to Thada Brown for thinking of me. I am so grateful to have been a part of something so amazing.

Some of my recent photo shoots with Cleva Kah have been among my favorites. The models and designers involved were exceptionally talented, and we shared a mutual understanding on many aspects. Overall, it was a remarkable experience with a fantastic group of individuals.

My name is Quintine Freeman. I first took up modeling for some photographer friends because I loved working with creatives and fashion. But the real credit for me plunging into my modeling era is all thanks to my amazing and talented partner Cassidy. She is one of those beautiful people who fiercely encourages everyone to not only chase their dreams but to catch and wrestle them into existence. So having that kind of support and coupling it with my passions for styling and fashion have me running down my dream of modeling. I also want to be a prime example that age in modeling is just a number. It is never too late to make your passions and dreams a reality.
